What To Expect
Your session begins with a full aura and chakra reading — a personalized scan of your energy field to identify where you're blocked, depleted, or out of balance. Think of it as your energetic blueprint, unique to you on this day.
From there, your healer guides you through a hands-on chakra balancing and activation — using gentle mindful movement, breathing exercises, and meditation to work through each energy center in the body. Together, these practices release tension, restore flow, and reawaken your natural vitality. This is not a passive experience. You'll feel the shift as it happens.
We close with a second aura and chakra reading so you can actually see the before-and-after difference in your energy field. You'll also leave with practical, personalized tips — simple tools you can use at home to keep your energy balanced long after Sedona.
The entire experience is private and intimate, just you and your healer, with no distractions and no rush.
