Meeting and Pickup
Pickup is available from Sofia Airport (SOF) – from both terminals – or from any centrally located hotel in Sofia. Please provide your arrival details (airline, flight number, arrival time) at least 7 days before the tour. Your driver/guide will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall at the airport, holding a sign with your name or your group’s name. For hotel pickups, please be ready at the main reception/lobby about 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. If you arrive in Sofia earlier than Day 1 of the tour, we can arrange an extra transfer or a pre-tour hotel night upon request.
