A stones throw from the hustle and bustle of Sydney, with over 17 beaches, Wollongong is the ideal location to take to the water and challenge yourself with surfing. We are the only Surfing Australia Licensed Surf Academy in the Illawarra and we guarantee an amazing experience at the ideal Corrimal Beach location.

What To Expect
During your 2 hour Private lesson you can expect to have an authentic, supportive surfing experience. After meeting with your qualified experienced coach at our trailer, you will get sized up into your wetsuit and surfboard and head down to the beach.
On the sand, we will run through and teach the fundamentals of surfing including how to stand up on your surf board, correct paddling technique,, how to negotiate the surf break as well as all aspects of surf awareness and rip identification.
When in the water, we will assist you to master standing up on the board and challenge you to keep testing yourself. you can expect to have an extremely fun and supportive experienced and we guarantee you'll finish up exhausted and exhillerated.
You will also leave your Surfing experience with all the tools and knowledge to safely take to the ocean on your own!

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
