If your service is from the Cancun International Airport to hotels, we have a very benevolent waiting time of two hours after the plane has landed. Our airport reception staff will be waiting for you with a Dantia Luxury Services sign.
If your service is from a hotel to the airport, our units will always be on time for you and we have a waiting time of 20 minutes.

Meeting and Pickup
Please notice this service is ONLY for International Airport, if you want to book to Playa del Carmen or Cancun destinations, you need to change for the correct product.Once we have confirmed your transfer and pick up time we will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel you are staying at. Our drivers wear typical cream colored guayaberas with Dantia Luxury Services logo and black trousers and will ask for you by your last name
What To Expect
Once we have confirmed your reservation you will recieve an e-mail with all the details of your trip. We will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel at the specified time in the vehicle of your choice. Please make sure you are on time as we have a 20 minute allowance. Your driver will offer you access to free wifi and ammenities. There is only one highway from Tulum to the airport. Once you arrive at the airport your driver will take you to the terminal of your airline and will park in front of the departure area. Although the driver checks the vehicle for forgotten objects please take the time to make sure you leave nothing behind
