- You must be able to walk at a leisurely pace for approximately 1.5 (2km) and be able to climb and dewscend stairs.
- An additional surcharge of 15USD for the natural reserve fee for conservation efforts must be paid cash on the day of your activity.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
- Roundtrip transportation is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen Hotels. You will confirm your exact pickup time with the local tour operator.
