Taa Naay Yoga Method DEtoxification retreat offers a transformative journey to mind-body-spirit connection. Throughout DE 4 days/3 nights, participants learn DE ran meditation and Ayurvedic breathing techniques, promoting a deeper understanding of themselves. DE DE dawn yoga practices to cocoa rituals and sound healing sessions, each activity is designed to open consciousness and foster a clearer and more serene perception DE life. This retreat seeks NO only to detoxify the body, but also to release emotions and embrace new perspectives, transforming anxieties EN tranquility and love.

What To Expect
DEtox retreat where you will learn yogic and yurvedic meditation and breathing techniques for a better understanding of the I. You will achieve a communion between mind, body and spirit that will allow you to live more fully, no matter your current circumstances. ES a sensory journey DE hear, taste and perceive the world and yourself differently, transforming a dark and anxious vision EN a brighter and calmer one.
Objective
Expand consciousness through DE physical, mental and spiritual tools that allow a clearer and less chaotic perception DE being, bringing a more conscious and elevated version of yourself, reconnecting mind, body and spirit.
How will we do that?
Applying methods DE yoga, breathing and meditation that expand your energy field and clarify the connection between psyche, body and soul. You will achieve an inner harmony that will sow EN your unconscious deep acceptance DE who you are and what you want to achieve, releasing frustrations and negative emotions from the present.
Yoga at dawn, rituals, fasting, temazcal, sound healing, breathing, meditation, aquagym, massage, cocoa and conscious farewell.
