Every experience begins with owner-guided breathwork in our sunlit, rustic retreat space, handcrafted from locally sourced rough-sawn pine and surrounded by sweeping views. This intentional practice helps regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create the space to fully disconnect from the outside world before your sauna and cold plunge.
Wood-Fired Sauna
Continue your journey in your handcrafted wood-fired cedar barrel sauna, where deep, dry heat and our signature sauna meditation invite you into near-blackout conditions. With the outside world fading away, you'll be fully present, grounded in warmth, stillness, and the rhythm of your breath.
Cold Plunge
