Whitewater Rafting on the River Dee in Llangollen
Overview
With our high-end quality equipment and training, be assured you are in very capable hands. We will teach you paddling skills and show you how to negotiate your way down the river safely. With a few raft games and challenges along the way, this experience will not disappoint. Be ready to hold on tight as we bounce through the whitewater waves, surf holes, and maybe even introduce you to a raft flip or two, safely of course. You will have fun and thrills and with our guides at the helm, it can not be any other way, we'll see you there.

What To Expect
You'll meet us at our Bearded Men Adventures Hub, here we will provide all the equipment you'll need for your rafting adventure. This includes a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet.
You'll then use our changing rooms to wriggle into your wetsuit and once everyone is ready we'll pile you onto our buses and take you to the top of the famous Horseshoe Falls to start your White Water Rafting extravaganza.
Before we get on the water you will be given a full safety brief and instructions on how to paddle your raft down the epic rapids on the river Dee, do not worry you will not be on your own, your guide will stay in your raft for the duration of your trip.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
