Abruzzo is a region highly suited to olive growing. Each area has different peculiarities. In our oil mill, in addition to a careful production of monovarietal oils and others, you can taste a unique cultivar in the world ... the "Castiglionese", this variety is present in the world only in the Valle del Fino.
Furthermore, the tour will not be conducted by simple guides, but by professionals involved in all stages of processing, professional tasters and oil sommeliers. They will enthusiastically answer all your questions and we are sure they will make you passionate about this unique food.
