What To Expect
On arrival, you'll be welcomed by your guide and directed to your table in the tasting room.
Your table will already be set with five different wine glasses and a small tray of appetizers, carefully selected to complement the wines during the guided tasting.
Your guide will start by sharing information about the farm's history, the local area and its culture, followed by the guided tasting of each wine.
You'll learn about the grape varieties, aromas, flavours and suggested food pairings for each wine.
The experience will conclude with a tasting of our high-quality extra virgin olive oil, produced using traditional cold-extraction techniques and served with traditional local bread.
After the tasting, your guide will accompany you on a guided visit of the vineyard, where you'll discover our vines and learn more about the vineyard and the local wine-growing tradition.
At the end of the experience, you'll have the opportunity to purchase some of the wines and products you've tasted and take a little piece of Sardinia home with you.
Children are not admitted in the tasting room as the service is focused on wine and totally guided
