Depending on the day of your visit, you will learn to master the perfect Pizza along with either fresh handmade Pasta (including Ravioli) OR traditional potato Gnocchi.
Guided step-by-step by an expert local chef, you will get your hands in the dough, learning how to knead, roll, and shape the perfect base. You will also discover the differences between regional pizza styles and how to pair the best fresh ingredients. Best of all, after the hard work is done, you will sit down to enjoy a rewarding 4-course feast featuring the exact dishes you prepared, starting with a fluffy homemade focaccia! Vegetarian and vegan options are fully available upon request, ensuring everyone can enjoy a perfect Italian meal.

What To Expect
Welcome & Introduction: Step into a warm, welcoming kitchen and meet your expert chef. Tie your apron and get ready for a fun, interactive culinary journey.
The Magic of Dough (Pasta or Gnocchi): Depending on the day's fresh ingredients and tradition, you will learn the art of either fresh Pasta (rolling the dough and folding stuffed Ravioli) OR soft, traditional potato Gnocchi. You will learn the exact techniques to achieve the perfect texture every time.
Pizza Masterclass: Become a true pizzaiolo. Stretch your own pizza dough from scratch, learn about different regional styles, and customize your masterpiece with a variety of fresh, delicious toppings.
Bonus Focaccia Technique: While preparing your main dishes, discover the secret to baking a classic Italian focaccia bread—wonderfully crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Take the highway towards Perugia, exit at the next exit (Foiano della Chiana - Cortona). After the exit, follow signs to Foiano, and after 400 meters. turn right towards S. Catherine - Fratta. After about 2.8 km near a ruined house, turn right and follow the road uphill for about 1 km. At the fork, turn right. Caution: the road forks again and you should stay to the left. Continue for 600 meters and then turn right where a dirt road begins… You will see Casa Bellavista before you at the end of the road. The coordinates for GPS navigation devices are: NORTH 43.2444686 EAST 11.8706998
