Personal Chef - Cooking class at your villa
Overview
I’m a Tuscan born based in Val d’Orcia. I love simple, authentic, tasty food. I’ve been cooking for more than 20 years and I’ve managed one of the more populat restaurant of the area till 2022.
Now I’ve decided to provide professional and confidential service in total Home comfort.
You will have the opportunity to observe every step of the cooking preparations, to ask questions about the ingredients and the territory. I will take care of everything. I will shop from trusted local producers and I’ll also be delighted to suggest the best wine pairings, which can be purchased from wineries around Montepulciano and Montalcino. I will be happy to share my experience with you and give you advice and information about this area of Tuscany and about the activities and places to visit during your holiday.

The cooking class will last approximately 3 hours. We will start with the presentation of the class. During the class you will learn how to make fresh pasta in 3 different formats (ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti “alla chitarra”) seasoned with three sauces based on seasonal ingredients. At the end of the class you will sit at the table and taste the fruit of your labor. Like any traditional Italian meal, homemade tiramisu will be served. At the end of the cooking class I will send you a digital booklet with the recipes we prepared together so you can easily cook them once you get home
