Immerse yourself in a shared pasta-making class.
Learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes and taste the fruit of your labour over lunch or dinner accompanied by local wine.
During the lesson, the host will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test.
Participants will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared over a meal accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.
Behind every Pasta shape there is an ancient tradition and a personal story for an authentic culinary experience.
You will conclude the cooking class with a brief tasting of the dishes prepared together, as the main goal is to teach you techniques and share tips that you can take home and use in your own kitchen. When you cook the recipes you’ve learned back at home, you’ll remember your time in Assisi with a smile.
