Next, explore the secrets of "black gold" at an Acetaia, where the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena is crafted. Your guided tour unveils the intricate production process, culminating in a tasting of this precious elixir.
Your experience will not be complete without lunch, composed of a starter, first course and dessert, at the premises of balsamic vinegar or winery, based on availability.
