Fattoria Giambrone

Immerse yourself in authentic Sicilian traditions with a day at the farm in Cammarata. Interact with farmyard animals, discover the secrets of milk production and its derivatives. Participate in the cheese making, learning the local methods and assisting in the creation of the "anuzzi", stretched curd cheese specialties, shaped by the expert hands of our Pasquale cheese maker. His sympathy and passion will involve you at all times. We will explore the aromatic and medicinal plants of the area, then we will enter the heart of Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini, two gems in the Sicani mountains. We will walk through the medieval streets, savoring the unique atmosphere of these places. An authentic and engaging experience that will make you appreciate the true essence of Sicily.
