An extraordinary experience to introduce you to the traditions of Neapolitan cuisine: gnocchi, pizza and pasta. But that is not all.
The setting for this experience will be the magnificent palace of Portici. One of the three residences of the ancient king of the Bourbons of Naples.
History and culinary traditions will be the common thread of this wonderful experience.
Starting with a welcome aperitif with tasting of typical Campania products, we will tell you the story of the Portici palace.
Then we will start having fun learning all the secrets to know and create tasty traditional Neapolitan dishes based on fresh and seasonal products.
At the end we will taste everything together accompanied by a good local wine.

What To Expect
Where Bourbon kings once spent their summers, between Vesuvius and the sea, a small-group cooking class welcomes you into the heart of Neapolitan home cooking.
Your class takes place beside the Royal Palace of Portici, the 18th-century summer residence of the Bourbon court. Here, food, history, and local life meet around one table.
This is fully hands-on: everyone cooks, everyone takes part. With your host by your side, you'll make fresh pasta from scratch, choosing between traditional tagliatelle or handmade ravioli. Feel the dough come alive under your hands and discover how a few simple ingredients become the soul of Italian cooking.
Then comes dessert: layer by layer, you'll create a classic tiramisu and learn the small secrets that make it so loved.
And then, the best part. We sit down together to enjoy everything you've made, paired with local red wine, among stories, laughter and the warmth of a real Neapolitan table.
