Our day begins at a hidden gem of Carmignano—a small, family-run winery where winemaking follows biodynamic principles with unwavering dedication to the land. Nestled in a landscape seemingly untouched by time, this estate preserves the most authentic traditions of the region. Accompanied by a certified sommelier, you’ll walk through the vineyards, learn about the meticulous approach to natural winemaking, and explore a cellar where passion and craftsmanship meet. Along the way, you’ll pass by one of the most renowned Medici villas, a testament to the region’s noble past. Your experience culminates in an intimate farm-style lunch, personally prepared by the winemaker, just as it was done in the days of sharecropping. Enjoy a true taste of Carmignano, paired with the estate’s exceptional wines and exquisite olive oil.
