Florence: Flambé Cheese Wheel Truffle Pasta Class & Tiramisù
Overview
Enter the flambé scene with the parmesan wheel! Learn to make fresh pasta like our grandmothers made it in Italy, all done by hand. The pasta will be cooked inside an excellent 24 months aged Parmesan with fresh truffle.
We will also learn to make tiramisu as it was once done with the Moka. You will have a personal chef who will guide you every step of the way. We will only use top flour for our dough. All in all in an elegant and very refined setting.

What To Expect
You will have a personal chef who will guide you every step of the way.
We would make 2 types of pasta and a nice dessert like tiramisu made by you in person and we would taste a good Tuscan wine. We will only use top flour for our dough. All in all in an elegant and very refined setting.
