Overview
This is not just a cooking class — it’s a fully immersive culinary experience inside a real cooking school in Florence, where every detail is designed to make you feel part of something authentic.
A small group with only 10–12 participants, you’re not lost in the crowd.
A menu created together
Even though this is a shared class, what sets us apart is simple but powerful:
we decide the menu together.
Guided by the chef, the group shapes the experience based on tastes and inspiration, creating a moment that is dynamic, social, and never the same twice.
you’ll build everything from the foundations:
* Preparing fresh dough for stuffed pasta
* Learning how to shape and fill traditional recipes
* Pairing each pasta with its perfect sauce
* Creating classic Italian starters like bruschetta

What To Expect
A Unique Experience Built Around You
From the moment you arrive, something special happens:
the menu is chosen together.
Guided by our professional chef, the group will decide what to prepare based on seasonal ingredients and personal tastes. This creates a dynamic, interactive experience, where every guest contributes.
Because this is a shared (JOIN) class, we carefully balance preferences to create a menu that works beautifully for everyone — making the experience inclusive, engaging, and always surprising.
Expect a varied and satisfying menu, typically including:
* 2 types of fresh handmade pasta (such as ravioli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, gnocchi or spaghetti)
* 2 types of handmade sauce (choose with all group)
* Traditional bruschette or Tuscan panzanella
* Important Notes
* To preserve the quality and harmony of this shared experience:
* This class is not suitable for:
* Gluten-free diets
