What To Expect
Welcome to our Gluten-Free Pasta Class, an experience like no other in Florence! We are the only cooking school with a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, ensuring absolute safety from contamination. This second kitchen, completely separate from the main one, is an extraordinary feature, designed exclusively for those with gluten intolerances. Led by a certified chef with ministerial authorization for gluten-free preparations, our class guarantees a professional and safe environment.
Join our small group, where you'll focus on preparing 3 types of fresh gluten-free pasta and 3 delicious sauces. This interactive class ensures that everyone gets hands-on experience while learning the secrets of gluten-free Italian cuisine.
After the initial preparations, you can relax with a glass of our finest local wines or craft beers, before sitting down to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
We also offer private classes with different, customizable programs, allowing you to tailor your experience even further. This is the perfect way to enjoy a fun, tasty, and personalized gluten-free culinary adventure!
