What To Expect

- MENU: The menu off this class can vary: you might make 4 courses including a pasta and a main course, or different shapes of pasta and no main dish
- NOTE: if one of the participants in class is allergic to gluten, participants might use gluten free flour for the pasta course.
Our experienced chef will guide you through each step of the cooking process. Along the way, you will learn about the history and cultural significance of Tuscan cuisine, as well as techniques and tips for perfecting each dish.
