What To Expect
We will have fun learning how to make the famous dessert Tiramisù and two types of traditional Italian pasta.
We will meet at Casa Olmi, a villa dating back to 1807. The meeting point will be the central courtyard, where the staff will welcome you with a glass of Italian Prosecco.
We will introduce ourselves, and everyone will receive a name badge.
We will then move to the garden or the cozy kitchen, where each guest will be assigned a workstation. We will immediately start preparing the Tiramisù, followed by making the pasta.
Each guest will be provided with all the necessary equipment and fresh ingredients.
Once the prep work is done, we will cook the dishes together and enjoy tasting them.
The entire experience will be set to Italian background music and accompanied by fine Italian Prosecco wine.
