What To Expect
In the picturesque village of Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, a high-end gastronomic experience awaits you: an 1 hour and 30 minutes refined wine and chocolate tasting in an authentic local winery.
The journey begins in the vineyards, where you can admire breathtaking views that frame the surrounding landscape. After a short walk, you will visit the estate’s museum, where the history of the winery is told through vintage images and ancient relics.
Next, you will learn about the winemaking techniques, from the manual harvest to bottling, following a centuries-old tradition of excellence in high-quality wine production.
The visit will continue in the historic cellar and conclude with a guided tasting of five local wines, including a prized Barolo. Each wine will be expertly paired with a different artisan chocolate from Piedmont, enhancing the aromas and flavors through a unique sensory experience.
