- First course: Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli, green pasta with your choice of sauce

Hosted through Cozymeal, this 5-hour, 5-course cooking class takes place within the historic walls of Lucca. Guided by a skilled local chef, you’ll prepare a vibrant variety of handmade pastas and a traditional Italian dessert, learning authentic techniques while cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients.
This engaging culinary session includes:
