What To Expect
A tasting journey in the world of natural ice cream. You will know the history of ice cream from its birth until today, the story of Cremeria Opera and the master ice cream maker. You will discover how to recognize a real homemade ice cream and you will understand the difference between ice cream and sorbet. To better understand the real differences in terms of ingredients and nutritional values, we will carry out an in-depth tasting, comparing Cremeria Opera ice cream with a fake homemade ice cream.
