What To Expect
Discover Milan from a different perspective and give yourself a moment to slow down and relax. SUPMindfulness sui Navigli is more than a SUP tour: it is a wellness experience in the heart of the city that combines movement, mindfulness and digital detox.
You can participate even if you have never done SUP : the initial lesson will give you the basis to get on the board and paddle safely.
The SUP water tour takes place at a slow pace between the Darsena and the Naviglio Grande: here the paddle becomes meditation in motion and, listening to your breath, you can find your balance. During the experience you will also experience a moment of guided meditation sitting on the SUP in the heart of the Darsena and, at the end, you can enjoy an herbal tea on the SUP.
The boards we use are stable, the water is calm and comfortable sportswear is enough.
You can leave your phone in a secure room to really live in the moment : photos and videos are made by us.
The activity takes place only in favorable weather conditions and, in case of bad weather, will be rescheduled.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
