What To Expect
Embark on an immersive culinary journey through Japan in this hands-on sushi-making class in Minneapolis, curated by Cozymeal and limited to a small group of guests. Guided by your local sushi chef, you’ll master time-honored techniques for preparing sushi rice, perfecting rolling methods and refining knife skills.
The five-course menu you will prepare includes:
