In addition, in addition to learning how to make pasta, you will also visit the vinegar cellar of the Malagoli Daniele family and taste their balsamic vinegars. Finally, you will taste your creations while indulging in a pleasant moment in serenity.

What To Expect
If you want to learn how pasta is made in Modena, this is the perfect experience for you! You will prepare the dough with your hands, roll it with a rolling pin, and make delicious tortellini, tortelloni, and tagliatelle that you will enjoy at the end of the class! Furthermore, you will visit our balsamic vinegar factory and come into contact with the fascinating world of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar!
