If your ship docks at Stazione Marittima, pick-up will be outside the cruise terminal building, at the exit of the box of the security under the blue sign "Stazione Marittima", here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/vUP8tRxYiz5D9C3o6 If your ship docks at Pier 21 in Molo Carlo Pisacane, pick-up will be just outside the exit gate where the ship will dock, just next to the ship, here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/t8zhGszKcbwBR1Mb8 In both cases a driver/guide will show a sign with the name.
