Get your hands dirty and learn how to make traditional Italian fresh pasta in the best cooking school in Naples!Following the advice of our chef, you will prepare two fresh pastas that are a symbol of Neapolitan gastronomic culture: gnocchi and caprese ravioli.You will find a station ready for you with equipment, tools and ingredients needed to make the recipes provided.We will make and taste together everything we prepare, the gnocchi alla sorrentina and the caprese ravoli with tomato sauce. What To Expect
Cooking Class of classic Neapolitan cuisine with final tasting that is equivalent to a full lunch or dinner. In the center of the Chiaia area, the most exclusive of the city, enjoy the Italian food while learning how to cook it!
Toffini Academy is the most famous cooking school in Napoli, you will spend a pleasant a pleasant culinary experience in a fantastic place, we reserve 16 spaces only so each one has his own workstation and drawer with tools.
We will have this class in English but we can also accept French, Spanish and German speaking request if you book as a group.
Neapolitan cooking it’s a really Art full of fascination and creativity: choise of ingredients, times of preparations, that require care and love, the holiness of recipes passed on years, which contains cultures and evolutions crossed during the centuries. An experience you can not miss!
