The tavern is nestled in an old building that’s seen generations, offering a warm, intimate place to connect with Portugal’s soul through its music. Here, it’s all about the connection between you, the music, and the performers.
In this welcoming atmosphere, no two nights are the same, as the artists lean into the art of improvisation, the very essence of Fado. You will hear both Portuguese Fado styles under one roof. Lisbon Fado, the one the world knows, born in the city's streets and taverns and inscribed by UNESCO as world heritage. And Coimbra Fado, over a century old, sung in black academic capes, with a strong scene of its own in Porto.
