1 Day Pilgrimage Experience to Fátima
Overview
The experience of walking through the countryside as a pilgrim towards the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima, in addition to being a pleasant physical activity due to the beauty of the place, can be part of an inner, religious or spiritual search.
In addition to the experience of pilgrimage on foot along the paths of Fátima, you will pass by the apparition sites of the Angel of Peace and Our Lady, in Aldeia dos Pastorinhos (Aljustrel). You will see where this story that has impacted people for over 100 years was born.
Our main guide for this stretch, Maria Alice Campos, brings the family heritage of the pilgrimage to Fátima on foot. His father was a pilgrim to Fátima, making the journey from Lisbon for years. Today she is a pilgrim trail guide and has already made countless pilgrim trails, alone and with groups, and she can help you with this small 1-day challenge.

What To Expect
We will follow a section of the traditional pilgrimage route to Fátima.
It is about 17 km, passing through nature spots in the mountains, the Aldeia dos Pastorinhos (Aljustrel) and iconic places in the history of the Apparitions of Our Lady and the Angel of Peace. The end of our journey is to arrive at the Sanctuary of Fátima, in this experience of pilgrimage on foot.
