What To Expect
This cooking class is on the picturesque Amalfi Coast, specifically in Agerola, and is nestled in a charming panoramic farmhouse. You'll learn to make three authentic Italian dishes: Tiramisù, local fresh Mozzarella, and a pasta dish of your choice between Tagliatelle or Gnocchi!
Firstly, our experienced and friendly chef will guide you through creating the perfect tiramisù. You'll learn how to expertly layer the creamy mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, and espresso-soaked ladyfingers to create a rich and indulgent dessert that will impress your friends and family!
Next up, you'll discover the secrets behind the famed local Mozzarella. The host will show you how to make this classic Italian cheese from scratch, using only the freshest milk and traditional techniques.
