What To Expect
A hands-on culinary adventure designed to bring kids and grown-ups together around the kitchen table, where authentic Italian cooking turns into pure fun, rich aromas, and lasting memories.
The experience starts with handmade fettuccine: dusting the counter with flour, cracking eggs, and kneading soft dough together before cutting it into long golden ribbons—a step young chefs always love showing off their skills on.
The highlight of the day is making traditional Genovese pesto: forget modern blenders and grab the classic marble mortar and wooden pestle. Leaf by fragrant leaf, little hands crush fresh sweet basil, golden pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, and plenty of Parmesan cheese, watching the vibrant green sauce come to life entirely from scratch while the kitchen fills with an incredible herbal perfume.
