To begin, learn tiramisu with your local expert chef, using fresh local ingredients.
Next, roll up your sleeves and make pasta from scratch. Shape, roll, knead and cut your dough into fresh fettuccine, then prepare your choice of carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce.
While you cook, enjoy traditional Italian drinks and learn the history and secrets of Italian cuisine. At the end, sit down with your new friends and chef to enjoy your homemade pasta and tiramisu, paired with 2 glasses of prosecco, 2 glasses of wine and a shot of limoncello (18+), or non-alcoholic drinks.

What To Expect
Step into a real Roman kitchen for a hands-on class where you'll learn to make two Italian classics from scratch: fresh pasta and creamy tiramisu, guided the whole way by a local expert chef. This class is a [BRAND] Travelers' Choice Best of the Best 2026 winner, placing it among the top 1% of food experiences worldwide.
You'll start with the tiramisu, then set it aside to chill while you move on to the pasta. Your chef will guide you through shaping, rolling, kneading, and cutting your own dough by hand into fresh fettuccine. Once your pasta is shaped, you'll cook it in your choice of two classic sauces: carbonara or cacio e pepe.
As you cook, your chef will share the history and secrets of Italian cuisine, all in a small, intimate group setting. Throughout the class, you'll enjoy traditional Italian drinks: 2 glasses of prosecco, 2 glasses of wine, and a shot of limoncello to finish, with non-alcoholic options available too.
Once the cooking's done, sit down with your chef and fellow travelers to enjoy the fresh pasta and tiramisu you made together. Before you leave, you'll receive a free recipe e-book so you can recreate both dishes back home.
