We offer unique cooking classes at the renowned restaurant Il Belli al Trionfale, located near the Vatican, where you can learn the art of making authentic Strozzapreti alla Carbonara. Under the expert guidance of our chefs, you will learn to prepare traditional Strozzapreti pasta and the classic Carbonara sauce. From kneading and shaping the pasta to perfecting the sauce, each participant will have the opportunity to create a delightful dish from scratch. After preparing your pasta, you'll sit down to enjoy it with the other participants. The meal will be accompanied by a glass of wine of your choice, enhancing the rich flavors of your creation. Authenticity: and learn the secrets of traditional Italian pasta in a renowned and authentic setting. What To Expect
Pasta Class Experience:
Welcome Aperitif:
We begin our class with a refined aperitif. You will be greeted with sparkling wine and a delicious welcome appetizer to prepare you for the culinary experience ahead.
Pasta and Sauce Preparation:
Under the expert guidance of our chefs, you will learn to prepare traditional Strozzapreti pasta and the classic Carbonara sauce. From kneading and shaping the pasta to perfecting the sauce, each participant will have the opportunity to create a delightful dish from scratch.
Pasta Tasting:
After preparing your pasta, you'll sit down to enjoy it with the other participants. The meal will be accompanied by a glass of wine of your choice, enhancing the rich flavors of your creation.
Dessert and Coffee:
The class will conclude with a typical Italian dessert and a coffee to finish this culinary experience on a sweet note.
