This shared cooking experience takes place in a welcoming Roman kitchen, where guests learn to prepare fresh pasta from scratch and recreate three iconic local sauces: Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and Amatriciana. A professional English-speaking chef guides every step with easy, hands-on instruction.
From Kitchen to Table
The class begins with a glass of Prosecco and Roman-style appetizers before diving into pasta-making. After cooking, guests move to a cozy dining area where their freshly made dishes are served. The experience ends with a homemade dessert prepared by the kitchen team.
Please note: wine pairing is no longer included.

What To Expect
Indulge in the authentic flavors of Rome during this hands-on cooking class held inside our 17th-century palazzo turned professional cooking school.
In this immersive culinary experience, you’ll learn how to make three classic Roman pastas — Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and Amatriciana — along with the perfect fresh pasta dough from scratch.
Your experience begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco and freshly made Roman appetizers to help you relax and get to know your chef and fellow food lovers.
Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves! Guided by one of our expert chefs, you’ll master the art of making silky fresh pasta dough and discover the secrets behind each iconic sauce.
Once the cooking is complete, take a seat in our elegant dining room and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Each recipe reflects the authentic flavors of Rome, offering a satisfying and memorable meal.
To finish on a sweet note, your chef will serve a homemade Italian dessert — the perfect finale to your Roman culinary adventure.
