Born in 1986 and raised in Rome, Ilaria comes from three generations of chefs. She began cooking in her family's restaurant at a very young age and later refined her skills at the Italian Chef Academy. She loves sharing not only recipes but also the traditions, memories, and everyday rituals that have shaped her way of cooking.

Guided by Ilaria in her warm and welcoming kitchen, you'll prepare traditional Italian dishes with your own hands. Along the way, you'll discover the little family secrets behind each recipe—the gestures, timings, and instincts that rarely make it into cookbooks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll make everything from scratch with your own hands:
1. Start with Ilaria's family fresh pasta dough and Tiramisu
2. Break for a traditional Italian aperitivo with wine & seasonal bites
3. Shape 3 pastas: Fettuccine, Ravioli (ricotta & spinach), Orecchiette with 3 authentic sauces: Cacio e Pepe, Fresh Tomato & Basil and Norma
4. Sit down together to enjoy the feast you created and wine
