Furthermore, the restaurant hosting the experience is owned by the same family for a century, giving you a glimpse into an authentic family tradition, learn the grandmothers' way of cooking, her secrets and tips on how to make the best dishes for yourself and your loved ones.
Our cooking experience is not just about learning, it's a full immersion, with a delicious meal and amazing wines paired with it. In fact, you will enjoy two dishes of pasta, each paired with a glass of wine, either white or red, of your choice between: Cesanese or Chianti - for reds; Bellone or Chardonnay - for whites.
At the end of the experience, you get to take home your own certificate and our recipe booklet!

No Italian meal is complete without a touch of sweetness. In this class, you’ll master the creation of tiramisu, Italy's iconic dessert. Layer by layer, you'll build this creamy delight, learning tips and techniques to achieve the perfect balance of flavors and textures.
All our hard work will be rewarded with two dishes: one of fettuccine and one of gnocchi, paired with Roman traditional sauces of your choice, and of course a tiramisù for dessert!
