After the class, relax with a countryside lunch paired with six different wines from the winery, including Taurasi DOCG, famous for its elegance and aging potential. Local dishes are carefully selected to enhance every wine.

Meeting and Pickup
We offer two types of experience: one with round trip transportion included and one option named "no round trip transportation" that starts at 11:00. In this second case, the meeting point will be our cellar at 11:00.
What To Expect
Escape the crowds and spend a day at Cortecorbo Winery, a family-run vineyard in the heart of Irpinia.You’ll be welcomed by a local winemaker and discover the story of a small winery rooted in one of Southern Italy’s most important wine regions. Walk through the vineyards and cellar, learn about traditional winemaking. Then, enjoy a hands-on cooking experience: prepare pizza in a traditional wood-fired oven, just like Italians do at home.
After the experience, relax with a long countryside lunch, paired with six different wines from the winery, including the prestigious Taurasi DOCG — one of the most celebrated red wines of Southern Italy, known for its remarkable aging potential. Each dish is carefully selected to enhance the wines, creating a perfect balance between food and tradition. Perfect for couples, friends, and wine lovers.
