I myself have had this experience and it is still in my best memories. At the end of the truffle hunt, all together, we will go to a local restaurant where we will taste the typical dishes of the area, obviously with truffles, accompanied by good wine wine produced in this area is part of the DOCG, a quality wine that is highly appreciated all over the world.
