What To Expect

Your journey begins with a warm welcome at our picturesque winery, where you'll learn about our organic and biodynamic farming methods. Then, settle into a stunning countryside setting with panoramic views of vineyards, olive groves, and the medieval towers of San Gimignano.
Guided by a member of our family, you'll embark on a tasting journey featuring 4 to 5 of our finest organic & biodynamic wines, including Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi. Alongside the wines, you'll sample our estate’s extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars, each offering a unique and authentic taste of Tuscany.
To elevate your experience, the tasting will be accompanied by homemade bruschetta and a selection of Pecorino Toscano cheeses sourced from local farms for the perfect farm-to-table pairing.
