Tuscany is famous for its cuisine, but did you know it’s also rich in vegan culinary traditions? Our Tuscan Vegan Cooking Class offers a unique farm-to-table experience, rediscovering authentic peasant recipes made with 100% plant-based ingredients.
In just 1 hour and a half, you’ll learn to craft 2 kinds of handmade vegan pasta with vegan sauces, traditional Vegan appetizers, and a sweet vegan dessert.
Beyond cooking, enjoy an exclusive tasting of four organic and biodynamic wines, six e.v.o. Oils, and three balsamic vinegars.

What To Expect
A True Taste of Vegan Tuscany
Your experience begins with a detailed introduction to our family history and agriculture method. Then, step into our rustic kitchen for a hands-on vegan cooking class, where you’ll learn to craft fresh handmade pasta paired with a traditional Tuscan vegetable sauce.
You’ll also prepare crispy vegan bruschetta and a delightful vegan dessert before sitting down to enjoy your creations. Each dish will be perfectly paired with a selection of our organic wines and a tasting of our olive oils and balsamic vinegar.
