Cooking Class in the evocative setting of Etna
Overview
With Favazza you will have the opportunity to learn the secrets of a local recipe gui dato from experienced chefs: hands that knead, stories that intertwine, simple ingredients that become poetry.
A sensory experience where food tells the deep bond between man and the volcano. We have created a garden where aromatic plants, vegetables and vegetables grow. At secon DA seasons, we will collect the fruits of the earth to be transformed into a dish to experience a simple and careful Agricucina to raw materials.
At the end of the lesson, we will gather to enjoy the cooked dish together, celebrating the fruits of our labor. The taste will be emphasized with the accompaniment of a glass of Favazza wine.
