The experience includes the exploration of a fascinating lava cave, equipped with helmets and lights, where you’ll walk inside a tunnel formed by ancient lava flows. After the cave, you’ll enjoy a gentle panoramic walk across old lava fields, discovering unique rock formations, volcanic deserts and endemic vegetation. Along the trail, you’ll also reach and explore extinct lateral craters, which offer wide, breathtaking views over the Etna territory and a deeper insight into the volcano’s evolution.
