Vasame Pizza Experience Sorrento
Overview
Sorrento is a unique city that loves to tell its story and let itself be experienced,
Land of mermaids, orange groves and lemon groves. Land of colours.
Pizza is a real heritage, not only of Naples but of all humanity, as established by UNESCO which has included "the art of the pizza chef" among the cultural heritage.
Neapolitan pizza is a culture to be safeguarded, developed and evolved, using all the tools, techniques and knowledge that the world of contemporary gastronomy has. Our choice of quality was weighted by choosing the Vàsame pizzeria as a preferential partner, recently nominated for the second consecutive year among the TOP50 Pizzas in Italy and in 2022 included by Luciano Pignataro in the Guide of the best Pizzerias in Campania, where we found a care obsessive about the dough, the choice of flours and raw materials, with a strong knowledge and connection with the territory, accompanied by excellent service and a wonderful location with attention to the smallest details.

The Masterclass/Pizza lesson involves a maximum group of 20 people, where tourists will actually put their "hands in the dough" by making a demo dough instructed by the renowned pizza chef Vincenzo Nese, and then moving on to the oven where they will bake their own Margherita pizza.
