We pick up from all hotels - rentals located in Tulum Akumal Puerto Aventuras. In case of rentals, we need the name and address, and that you share the location via whatsapp. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time.For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:30 am or 8 am.
