Cooking Class in a Professional Restaurant Kitchen
Overview
Join Chef Barbara in her restaurant kitchen. Here you will learn how to prepare handmade pasta accompanied by authentic Italian sauce, in addition to a classic main course and a decadent dessert. Every part of the meal is made with locally sourced ingredients, for a true taste of Tuscany. Of course, once all the cooking is done, you will get to enjoy your wonderful creation!
The cooking class will be held in a professional restaurant kitchen with a professional Chef. The lessons are all “hands-on” so expect to work, play and taste together! Bring home the genuine flavor of Tuscany. Join us in preparing traditional family recipes, share the passion for cooking and the value of the conviviality of a good meal.
After the class, seat yourself to a table to enjoy the lunch or dinner you’ve just made.

What To Expect
In my cooking class, you will prepare a traditional Tuscan menu. The cooking class will be held in my restaurant kitchen, which is immersed in the Tuscan town and a splendid view of Tirreno sea.
During this rustic cooking lesson, you will go through a brief history of Tuscan and Italian cuisine to experience traditional Tuscan cuisine first-hand in a few hours.
The lessons are all “hands-on” so expect to work, play and taste together!
After the class, seat yourself to a table to enjoy the lunch or dinner you’ve just made.
This is a very fun activity that accommodates from family groups to corporate team-building activities.
The total experience lasts about 3 hours.

With your course fee, you will receive complete hands-on training under the guide of Chef Barbara and you are involved in every aspect of preparing a typical Tuscan meal.
